A record label that started as a joke. Characters people quote. Formats that draw 10M views an episode. Gopuff just paid equity for access to them. This is what that universe looks like on a ledger.
Equity is a price. When Gopuff paid Druski in stock instead of a sponsorship fee, it put a value on his audience, his characters and his creative pipeline. Gopuff knows what it paid. Nobody has published what the property on the other side of that trade is worth to its owner.
This soft pass does four things. It reads the Gopuff deal for what it actually licenses. It catalogs the works that make up the $DRUSKI property, including Coulda Been Records, the character slate and the 4Lifers media brand. It scores that property across the five dimensions of the Cultural Property Rights Standard™ (CPRS™). And it lays out seven licensing lines, plus one AI line that should be registered before Druski hosts Saturday Night Live on November 7. It's prepared for Druski and the 4Lifers Entertainment team as the opening of a registration conversation.
The October 9, 2026 release describes “an innovative equity and multi-year strategic partnership.” Druski will help Gopuff unveil exclusive products and fan experiences, and will broaden the brand's reach “through his Coulda Been Records and 4Lifers Entertainment properties.” Gopuff, in turn, will use its merchandising and distribution to bring “products and experiences inspired by his creative projects directly to fans.”
The release is unusually direct about what is being traded. Gopuff describes itself as a build-and-distribution partner that combines “a creator's audience, intellectual property and creative vision” with its own product development. Co-CEO Yakir Gola says Gopuff's role is “not to simply appear in Druski's world, but to help add to it, while building entirely new ones together.” In plain terms, Gopuff is taking a position in Druski's creative output and will turn it into products.
That third column is the reason for this brief. The equity was negotiated against a property that has no recorded value of its own. Gopuff has a cap table and a merchandising plan. Druski has a press release. Registering the property now gives 4Lifers a documented number to bring into every product, renewal and co-created brand that follows, starting with this one.
It's also his second equity deal in consumer goods. Druski already holds a stake in Happy Dad Hard Seltzer, which presented his 2023 tour and which he promotes across his shows. Two brands have now chosen to pay him in ownership. That pattern is the strongest single signal in this pass that the market reads Druski as an asset, not a media buy.
Drew Desbordes was born on September 12, 1994 in Columbia, Maryland, and grew up in Gwinnett County, Georgia. He studied sports analytics before leaving college and began posting skits on Instagram as “druski2funny” in October 2017. Nine years later he is the first digital creator booked to host Saturday Night Live.
The 4Lifers team named three things to rate: the label, the characters and the media brand. Each sits in a different place today, which decides what Druski can license directly and what needs a counterparty. The YouTube figures below are lifetime views on 45 long-form Coulda Been episodes visible on the channel as of October 17, 2026.

This is a soft pass built only from public record: the Gopuff release on Business Wire (October 9, 2026), Gopuff's HARD PASS release (November 24, 2025), Wikipedia's career record, his Instagram and YouTube channel pages (viewed October 17, 2026), TheWrap's SNL report and AfroTech's summary of the Forbes Top Creators list. No 4Lifers, promoter or partner figures were available, so the confidence factor is 0.70.

CIS 94, the top dimension. Influence is measured and validated from several directions at once. There are 13.6M Instagram followers, 6.06M YouTube subscribers and about 404M views on the Coulda Been long-form episodes alone. Third parties confirm it: Rolling Stone (2024), Forbes Top Creators No. 9 (2025), TIME100 Creators (2026) and the first SNL hosting slot ever given to a digital creator. His formats are copied, and artists such as Drake, Justin Bieber and Ice Spice appear on his streams. It stops short of the high 90s because two 2026 moments, the NFL Honors presentation and the Erika Kirk parody, drew public criticism along with the reach.
CCI 78. Conversion is documented by settled transactions, not only by views. The 2023 tour grossed about $2.5M across 30 cities. Coulda Fest sold out State Farm Arena and then a 10-city arena run. Forbes reports $14M in 2025 creator earnings. Two consumer brands, Happy Dad and Gopuff, have paid him in equity, which is a stronger conversion signal than a fee. It's held below the mid-80s because none of that is product sell-through. The Gopuff products haven't launched, so under the pipeline-is-not-sales rule they count as throughput, not revenue.
LIP 92, the flagged dimension. Druski's identity is the product. The face, the delivery, the cap and glasses, and a slate of characters he plays himself all carry recognizable authority, and brands pay for the person, not a logo. His voice is heard in hundreds of hours of streams and episodes. That makes this the widest and least protected part of the property. In March 2026, Forbes reported that the Grok chatbot misidentified his Erika Kirk parody as the real person. An AI system has already confused his performance with someone else's identity. D3 is flagged on that basis.
CUV 88. Verified commercial use is broad and repeated: T-Mobile, Google Pixel, Beats by Dre, Bud Light Seltzer, Call of Duty, Dunkin' (his first Super Bowl spot), Nike, AT&T, American Express, Amazon, Spotify, Meta, EA Sports, 2K, Fanatics, PrizePicks, Raising Cane's and QuikTrip, plus Happy Dad and Gopuff equity. It's held below 90 because almost all of that usage runs through partner-side agreements. The characters and formats, which are the most scalable part, have no licensing instrument that Druski holds himself.
HLM 62, the floor. The lineage is real. He names Cedric the Entertainer, Dave Chappelle and Steve Harvey as influences, and Coulda Been Records is a satire of the record-label economics that hip-hop artists have argued about for decades, down to studying Suge Knight and Sean Combs for the persona. He is Maryland-born and works squarely inside Black comedy and Atlanta music culture. But a nine-year career hasn't yet built generational custody or an archive under single control, so this is the lowest score in the pass.
$DRUSKI has the viral shape, high influence over a thinner heritage layer, but without the usual hollow middle. CUV 88 and CCI 78 show the reach already converts. It's the inverse of $RAJAH (67.70), where lineage led and conversion trailed. Calibration references: $DILLAGENCE2 79.18 (Tier 4), $REESE 90.30 (Tier 4) and My First Museum Photograph 62.80 (Tier 3). HLM is the dimension that compounds slowest. Registering the Coulda Been formats and the character slate as a single-custodian archive is what starts to move it.
TCPMV measures the commerce a cultural property moves, not what a person earns. The base below is a modeled, identity-attributable slice of 2026 activity: the share of each line that follows Druski and his works rather than the brand, network or venue. It is set at $13.0M, below Forbes' $14M earnings figure, because personal earnings include income that isn't property. Sector multipliers from the CPRS™ Framework are applied to each line.

The band runs from $31M to $67M, well above the Tier 4 floor of $2M, so the property is placed at Tier 4 Landmark from its modeled band. That placement is disclosed as band-driven. HLM 62 sits below the heritage range Tier 4 records usually carry, which makes $DRUSKI the inverse of a heritage override: the commercial band earns the tier, and the lineage has room to catch up.
Druski's current income depends on Druski showing up: on stage, on camera, at the shoot. The lines below license what he has already built so it earns without his time. Each band is a modeled annual range for a licensed program, not a quote. Together they come to $6.0M–$17.5M a year, before the AI line.
The deal already calls for exclusive products inspired by his projects. Registering the Coulda Been marks and characters first means each SKU carries a royalty against a recorded property, instead of being folded into the equity grant.
Love, House and the city auditions are proven formats with about 404M views between them. The auditions have already run in Nigeria, Jamaica and Mexico. Local editions and streaming packages license the format, not the host's calendar.
A sold-out arena format with a repeatable lineup model. Title sponsorship, city-by-city presenting rights and a licensed festival brand turn a tour into an annual property.
Kyle Rogger, the label exec and the pastor are recognizable on their own. Licensed as a cast, they can front campaigns, animated spots and merchandise, so a brand can buy a character without booking a shoot day.
Nine years of skits and full seasons of long-form series sit on platforms under standard terms. Curated packages can be licensed to free ad-supported channels, airlines and streaming services.
He has already appeared in a Call of Duty trailer and worked with EA and 2K. A licensed character or voice pack in a major title is a direct, measurable line, and a test of how his AI terms are written.
The label started as a joke and now runs auditions for real artists. Signing the best of them on registered terms turns the satire into a catalog with masters and publishing of its own.
Hundreds of hours of voice, a recognizable face and a cast of characters, all public and easy to imitate. Licensed on his terms, this is the largest line. Left unregistered, it's the most exposed. Modeled at 2–5× TCPMV.
Every line registered on MADE CX settles on the 80/16/4 split. 80% goes to the originator. 4% goes to Community Return, distributed by the CX Foundation across the four CPRS™ impact categories: Health & Wellness, Culture Alignment, Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Communities. On the $6.0M–$17.5M surface, Community Return comes to about $240K–$700K a year, enough to fund comedy and creator-business programs for young people in the communities Coulda Been already tours through.
In March 2026, Forbes reported that Grok misidentified Druski's Erika Kirk parody as the real person. That is a parody misread by an AI system, and it shows how closely his performances can be matched and how easily they can be detached from their author. His voice, face and characters are among the most recorded in comedy, with about 404M views on long-form episodes alone. Every one is usable training material for a synthetic voice or an AI-generated skit.
SNL on November 7 puts him in front of the largest broadcast audience of his career, with network-quality footage that will circulate for years. The Gopuff agreement also anticipates new properties “built together.” Both are reasons to carve out AI and synthetic rights as a separate, registered property now, before the next contract or clip sets the scope by default.
Following series convention, $DRUSKI registers as a parent property covering career likeness, persona and influence. The AI surface is split off as its own entry. The three properties the 4Lifers team named each become sub-properties with their own rights profile. Sub-property composites are scored at registration, not in this pass.
This brief can't see the equity terms, which Coulda Been and 4Lifers works are licensed into Gopuff products, how long those licenses run, or who owns the new properties the two sides plan to “build together.” Those terms decide how much of Line A is still Druski's to license and whether any AI or likeness rights moved with the equity. 4Lifers holds them.
Secondary gates: chain of title for the characters and formats inside 4Lifers Entertainment (trademark filings were not confirmed in this pass); promoter terms for Coulda Fest; and third-party ownership of footage from SNL, the BET Awards, the NFL Honors and the music videos, which limits what the library line can include.
Gopuff's co-CEO said it plainly: Druski “has created an entire entertainment universe.” A label that started as a bit and now runs auditions on three continents. Series formats that pull 10M views an episode. Characters people quote. A media company that co-produces film. Equity from two consumer brands. Next month, the SNL stage.
Every one of those deals was priced by the buyer. The brand set the fee, the promoter set the guarantee, and Gopuff set the equity. None of them started from a recorded value Druski holds himself, because none existed. That's the gap this registration closes.
A creator makes content. A Culture Maker makes property. Druski already built the property. It just isn't on a ledger yet.
Registered now, the Gopuff product line, the next format deal, the next tour sponsor and every AI conversation start from a number Druski owns. The equity was the opener. Made.cx is how the rest of the universe gets priced on his terms.
Soft pass. Public record only. Not registered, no inspection, no first-party data. Deal terms come from Gopuff via Business Wire, “Druski Takes Equity Stake in Gopuff and Enters Multi-Year Strategic Partnership” (October 9, 2026), and Gopuff's newsroom, “Tom Brady, Druski, and Gopuff Team Up with The Super Monday Off Coalition” (November 24, 2025). Career, endorsement and business facts come from Wikipedia, “Druski” (with citations to Forbes, TIME, Rolling Stone, Deadline, Billboard, Complex and Ad Age). Follower and subscriber counts and episode view counts come from his Instagram profile and YouTube channel, viewed October 17, 2026. The SNL booking comes from TheWrap (October 13, 2026). Forbes ranking, tour gross and endorsements come from AfroTech. Confidence factor 0.70.
Scoring. BCPV = CIS×0.30 + CCI×0.25 + LIP×0.20 + CUV×0.15 + HLM×0.10, with HLM carried as a 0–100 raw score inside the composite. Blended sector multiplier 3.43× (share-weighted across Tech 4.5, Entertainment 3.0, Sports 3.8 and Food & Beverage 2.5); CDC = 0.75 × 0.40 × 3.43 = 1.03; index = 87.90. Commerce bases are MADE CX models of the identity-attributable share of 2026 activity, presented as estimates. The Gopuff portion carries a 30% realization discount because no products have launched and terms are private.
Tier placement. Tier 4 Landmark ($2M–$10M+) is placed from the modeled TCPMV band, not from the raw composite or from heritage. HLM 62 is below the range Tier 4 records typically carry; the placement is band-driven and disclosed as such.
Not verified. Gopuff equity size and terms; Happy Dad equity terms; Coulda Fest grosses and promoter terms; 4Lifers trademark filings and chain of title for characters and formats; the 2025 tour's sold-out status (reported, not audited); Coulda Been Records' founding year (sources give 2019 and 2021); the 2026 BET Awards hosting credit (Wikipedia, uncited). Each is a Day-0 field.
Property valuation, not net worth. TCPMV values the $DRUSKI cultural property, meaning the commerce his identity and works move. It isn't a valuation of Drew Desbordes' earnings, contracts, equity holdings or net worth, and it isn't a price, appraisal, endorsement rate or investment advice. Licensing bands are modeled program ranges, not offers. Company, network and brand names are used descriptively. Unattributed is not unpaid: no partner is asserted to have underpaid or acted improperly.
